I had issues, ordering during the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic. I expected lateness. I ordered two pairs of boots (They offered a BOGO deal.) One arrived. I waited 2 or 3 weeks and notified customer service when the second pair didn't show up.
I was told it probably got lost, and they'd re-submit it. Then I got the second pair, about a month after the first. I notified them, but too late, because I got the replacement pair a while later. I gave them to a friend, and she loves them, too.
It's not about everything going right. It's about how a company handles situations when things go wrong. This company is the best. The boots are the best.
I'd very highly recommend them.
Very cute boots, but they looked totally plastic, maybe if the material was brushed and not shiny. I gave them to a friends granddaughter. They were over the moon and loved them. Great for kids just not for an old hippie lol
