 Return & Refund Policy 

There are no refunds on any footwear items. You may exchange footwear items for a different size ONLY. Since your order is custom printed just for you, we allow up to 24 hours to cancel/modify  your order. After this 24 hour grace period all sales are final on any custom printed products.

We allow a 7 day grace period from the day you receive your order to contact us for a return for sizing issues and refunds are for defective/lost items ONLY.

Once you have made arrangements for the return, items MUST BE RETURNED and RECEIVED within 14 days.

Sizing Issues

In the rare event that a customer is unhappy with the fit of their footwear, we will process an exchange for you.

Refunds will not be issued for sizing disputes, only exchanges are allowed.

Size exchange requests that differ by more than 2 sizes from the original size ordered will be considered a customer-input error and will not be eligible for exchange.

If you are returning an item, you will be responsible to pay for return shipping. Once your item is received we will check it is still in new/unused condition and will process your refund. All issued refunds will be minus the original shipping cost. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

Returned to Sender Packages

There are no refunds for all returned to sender packages. Packages that are returned to sender will be destroyed or if they will be sent back, our fulfillment partner will not accept the package as we will have to pay for the return shipping fee and customs duties/tax of the package.
