 How Do I Modify Or Cancel My Order?
When an order is placed you have 24 hours to contact our support team through our Contact Us page and request a cancellation or modification.
After 24 hours, we’ve already started working on your order and it is too late to cancel it or modify it.
To cancel/modify an order, please provide all the details concerning the items you want to cancel/modify as well as your order number, and we’ll do our best to help you!

 

When Will My Order Ship?
Once an order is placed is will be sent to our production team where your product will be custom created just for you.
This process take between 5-7 days but can sometimes take longer during high volume periods. (Holidays, or popular products.)
Once your wonderful product is created you should expect it within 2-3 weeks for our U.S. customers but can sometimes take longer during high volume periods. (Holidays, or popular products.)
(P.O. Box orders will take 2-3 weeks after the creation period for delivery, but can take as long as 45 days)
For International orders please allow 2-3 weeks. 
Also we do not cover any postage or import taxes that your country may charge, this is a customer responsibility. 
All tracking information will be sent to your email address.
If you do not receive an email with your tracking information please contact our support team.
If your item has not arrived within 30 days after you placed order contact one of our customer support team members through our Contact Us page so we can help you the best we can.
If you have not received your order but it shows delivered we recommend you contact the carrier. We are not responsible for shipments that show delivered that have not been received.

 

Sizing Issue/Damaged/Incorrect Order?
In the rare event your product doesn't fit you perfectly, we offer a one time free exchange.
We do our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy.
However,  it may happen that you receive a damaged item, poor-quality printing or incorrect product.
Thankfully it is rather unusual!
But, if it is the case, we offer a free replacement order on the affected items.
